c) Ticket and Season Pass Booking:

-My DIGI EVENT may request access to your device's contacts and collect phone numbers for the purpose of facilitating the ticket-sharing feature within the app. By Digi Event, in adherence to policy requirements, discloses that it collects, transmits, syncs, and stores contact information to enable the feature of transferring tickets to other users within the Transfer Tickets functionality. This data is specifically utilized to facilitate a seamless and efficient transfer process, ensuring that users can share event tickets securely and conveniently. This feature enables users to send event tickets to other users in a secure and convenient manner.

• Access to Contacts: By using the ticket-sharing feature, you grant My DIGI EVENT permission to access and retrieve phone numbers from your device's contacts. This access is solely for the purpose of sending event tickets to individuals in your contact list.

 

• Data Usage: Phone numbers obtained from your device's contacts will only be used for ticket-sharing within the app. We do not share or disclose this information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

• User Consent: My DIGI EVENT respects user privacy and seeks user consent before accessing contacts and collecting phone numbers. You can choose whether or not to grant access to your contacts when prompted by the app.

 

• Data Security: We take security seriously and implement measures to protect the phone numbers and contact information collected. Your data will be stored securely on our servers, and access will be restricted to authorized personnel.

 

• User Control: You have the option to revoke access to your contacts at any time through your device settings. However, please note that disabling access to contacts may limit your ability to use the ticket-sharing feature.
